originally coming from upstate NY, i've been using chains and cables for my entire adult life.
i regularly drive to lake tahoe during winter, and have spent many, many hours lying in slush/mud trying to get cables onto my tires. these thules work great! they are easy to get on, and easy to take off, which is a blessing when its cold outside, and doubly so when you are trying to do it in a puddle of slush on the side of the road. i also feel like they allow me to drive faster than normal cables.
i've only logged about 100 to 150 miles so far on these, but they seem to be holding up great. sure they are pricey, but you get what you pay for. i would gladly buy again.Please Check Update Here!!
